They can see the pirate show at Treasure Island and the fountains at Bellagio. The Mirage has the Secret Garden & Dolphin Habitat, which kids love. They would probably enjoy a gondola ride at the Venetian. There are shops at the Forum Shoppes at Caesars, which includes a big FAO Schwartz toy store and some moving fountains/statues that are kind of cool.
