This joke was told on national TV by Red Skelton in the late 50’s possible early 1960 according to the dvd that I have of Red Skelton.
Red Skelton was known as one of America’s favorite clowns. Brian Hoffman is very honored to be able to pay tribute to him in Larry G Jones’ show in Las Vegas 3 nights a week.

Red Skelton was a very funny man who happens to look like Brian Hoffman who is also very funny! As a child, Brian watched The Red Skelton Comedy Show on TV with his mom, dad, brothers and sisters. It was truely a family event for all of America back in the 50’s and 60’s. Red Skelton was America’s clown. A truly funny man. I am so blessed by God to have his look along with his mannerisms on stage to give people a fun fulled, laugh till it hurts, time! Come on out Las Vegas and see me on Showbus of the Stars and at the Royal Resort Hotel, 99 Convention Center Drive. These are the only places in Las Vegas you will see a Red Skelton Impersonator.
