Friday, June 8, 2007 was traveling day. It was a LONG day. Carl and I had stayed out too late the night before and attempted to pack up before going to bed. I still had many things to pack before leaving. Carl had an earlier flight than Jim and me. We are finally packed and heading to return the rental car and catch our flight out of Vegas to Atlanta.
In hindsight, it would have been better if we had dropped Carl off at the airport first. Then Jim and I could have returned the rental car. That would have prevented Carl from missing his flight home.
