None of the hotels on the Vegas strip including the Luxor offer free shuttle service. The county law prohibits that.
There are lots of shuttle vans from the airport to the Luxor. The fare is $ 6.50 one way. Here is more information.

A variety of shuttle/limousine services are available at McCarran, and are located on the west side of baggage claim, outside door exits 7-13. Please note that there are both group shuttle and “for-hire” stretch limousine services
All prices shown are per person and are subject to change without notice. All shuttle companies operate 7 days a week.

Sorry but none of the strip or downtown hotels offer free shuttle service from the airport. You will have to use the taxi, shuttle, rent a car or use the local bus service. Here is a web page with transportation in Vegas.
Nope.. I wish they did, but the taxi is not bad.
There is a shuttle to the Strip that goes to most hotels. You just tip the guy $ 5, however, I would call the hotel thru their 800 number and check their shuttle availability.
No – the Luxor does not offer shuttle service from the airport to the strip, nor do any other strip hotels.
There are shuttle services that run from the airport to the strip hotels, but you do have to pay for them. It’s not just tipping the driver. The fare is usually about $ 6-10 a person, each way. You can sometimes get a deal by purchasing your return trip at the same time.
Be aware that the shuttle can take a while. They make stops at several hotels, and Luxor is often one of the last stops because they start farthest from the airport and make their way back toward it; Luxor is one of the closer hotels to the airport.
We always take a taxi. The taxi line is long and intimidating, but it moves quickly. We’ve always started at the very back, near the building, and have never waited more than 15 minutes. The taxi fare to Luxor is about $ 13, give or take a little, before tip. It’s certainly more than the shuttle, but worth it for the convenience – at least in my opinion.
